A generous gesture from local businesses ensures enhanced patrol capabilities for the sheriff’s office.
In a heartwarming display of community support, the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office is now equipped with a state-of-the-art golf cart, courtesy of a collaborative effort involving several local businesses, according to KBTX First News at Four.
The story unfolded when the sheriff, concerned about car break-ins during high school football games, shared the need for a golf cart with Charlie Diggs. Responding to the call, Diggs rallied support from Premium Kart Company, Bull Printing Wraps and Graphics, and Buster Barsh, who joined forces to deck out the donated cart.
This philanthropic initiative not only addresses a security concern but also highlights the power of community collaboration in ensuring the safety and well-being of Grimes County residents.
