HGTV viewers got to tag along on a high-end golf car shopping trip.
Golf cars took a star turn on HGTV series Flipping 101 when stars Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa took Tarek’s kids to buy one for their new home.
According to People, the couple took Tarek’s two kids, Taylor, 11, and Brayden, 6 (he shares them with his ex-wife and Flip or Flop co-star Christina Haack) on a shopping trip for a new one for their new home in the posh oceanside community of Newport Beach. They checked out several, looking at all the special features, before taking one out for a test drive. “Ever since we moved to the new beach house I’ve had some major golf cart envy,” Tarek explained to camera. “These things are cool, and I’m probably more excited than the kids right now.” Eventually they pick one out.
The excursion runs as part of a storyline about moving into a new house that the pair had originally selected to buy and flip.
