The law came down hard on a man who stole a golf car from a Pennsylvania golf course and sold it on the internet.

Joseph Kemper might not be playing a round of golf any time soon.

As reported in the Washington, Pa. Times Herald, he stole a golf car from Sunny Hills Golf Course and sold it online, according to felony theft charges filed by the state police.

Four days after the golf car was reported stolen, troopers were alerted that it was for sale on Facebook Marketplace, according to the newspaper. The people in possession of the cart had bought it from Kemper and could show them screenshots of a conversation they had. According to the newspaper, the man said he did not know the car was stolen; Kemper reached out to him because he knew he bought and sold golf cars. He paid $1,800 for it. Kemper was being held on $200,000 bond, according to the paper.
